The New York Musical Festival (NYMF), has announced the recipient of their 2017 Award, given out at this year's Gala. The NYMF Developmental Reading Series Award has been given to PEDRO PAN, with book by Rebecca Aparicio (Radical), and music and lyrics by Stephen Anthony Elkins (Sweet Tea and Jesus).

The production will run January 4-15 at The Kraine Theater (85 East 4th Street between 2nd Avenue and Bowery) with performances on Wednesday, January 4, Thursday, January 5, Friday, January 6, Saturday, January 7, Thursday, January 12, Friday, January 13, Saturday, January 14 & Sunday, January 15 at 7pm. Tickets ($15) may be purchased in advance at www.horseTRADE.info. Proceeds will go to a soon to be selected charity.
