The Winter Park Playhouse, Central Florida's professional musical theatre, has revealed their 2024-2025 Mainstage Series of musical productions! 

StoryBook Theatre (SBT) invites audiences to share in their holiday presentation of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, onstage from November 24th - December 30th, 2023, as part of their 47th Season to be Extraordinary.

Olivier-nominee Adam Garcia will star as Caractacus Potts in a new production of the most fantasmagorical musical of all time, CHITTY CHITTY BANG BANG, opening at Mayflower Theatre, Southampton from Tuesday 30 April 2024, before embarking on a UK tour.

The Wick Theatre opens the 2023-2024 season with a celebration of its 10th anniversary by bringing back to their stage a beloved musical featuring an extravagant array of Irving Berlin's greatest songs. I Love a Piano, directed by D.J. Salisbury.

La Bamba! is an explosive new musical starring Strictly Come Dancing’s Pasha Kovalev, The Wanted’s Siva Kaneswaran and rising star Inês Fernandez in the lead role of Sofia.

This past Saturday, Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts held their 9th annual production of the Applause Awards where 350 musical theater students from 33 high schools and eight counties accepted awards and scholarships in Walt Disney Theater.

A new production of the most fantasmagorical musical of all time, CHITTY CHITTY BANG BANG, will embark on tour in 2024, opening at Mayflower Theatre, Southampton on 30 April 2024 where it will play until 12 May 2024 ahead of a UK tour.

On a night they'll never forget at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, 400 musical theater students from 30 high schools and nine counties accepted awards at the 8th annual 2022 Applause Awards supported by AdventHealth and Chick-fil-A.

Main Street Theater (MST) is bringing to the stage the high-flying, adventure-filled musical Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, based on the much-loved, iconic film! “Never say 'no' to adventures,” says Grandpa Potts.  “Always say 'yes.'” MST is saying YES to adventures this summer with Chitty Chitty Bang Bang! The musical is based on the MGM Motion Picture with music and lyrics by Richard M. Sherman & Robert B. Sherman; adapted for the Stage by Jeremy Sams; licensed script adapted by Ray Roderick.

Modeled after the Tony Awards, the Applause Awards will be directed by Broadway veteran Ray Roderick and hosted by award winning Broadway and TV actress/singer Rachel York.

Created by Ray Roderick and James Hindman, The Bikinis will run at Riverbank Theatre April 22 – May 22. Directed and choreographed by Katy Blake, the cast comprises Diana Spencer Turner as Annie, Jenny Giles – Voss as Jodi, Anita Newby as Barbara and Carrie Meusling as Karla.
