The Dallas City Council today unanimously approved the 2020 Fair Park Master Plan Update, which outlines the vision and future planned development for Fair Park. The announcement comes on the heels of the Dallas Park and Recreation Board approval this past summer. The Master Plan Update was presented by Fair Park First, Biederman Redevelopment Ventures, and Spectra—the team tasked with Fair Park's management, operations, and development.

North Texas Food Bank Will Bring Mobile Pantry To Fair Park This Week

The North Texas Food Bank (NTFB), in conjunction with Fair Park First, Spectra, and In the City for Good, will distribute free food at Fair Park on Thursday, April 2 from 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM. The pick-up location will be in Lots 5A and 6A, located in between Robert B Cullum Boulevard and 2nd Avenue inside Fair Park. Participants should enter through Gate 5 only, located at the intersection of Robert B Cullum Boulevard and Grand Avenue. The Dallas Police Department will be onsite to assist with traffic flow.

For Hudson Warehouse's 16th Season, they are excited to announce The World Premiere of their original adaptation of Alexandre Dumas's The Man in the Iron Mask. Hudson Warehouse has taken on a four-year long series they've called "The Dumas Adventures." Over four years, they will present Alexandre Dumas's most celebrated works: The Three Musketeers in 2017, The Three Musketeers: 20 Years Later in 2018, The Man in the Iron Mask in 2019 and in 2020, what can be considered Dumas's masterpiece: The Count of Monte Cristo.

Fair Park First, the non-profit organization created to oversee the management and stewardship of Fair Park, in partnership with Spectra and Biederman Redevelopment Ventures, has announced that it will offer free community programming each Saturday in June and July, beginning June 8. All programs and activities will take place around Leonhardt Lagoon at historic Fair Park.
