To honor its recent Emmy nominees, SHOWTIME has released the premiere episodes of ESCAPE AT DANNEMORA,BLACK MONDAY and WHO IS AMERICA? for free online, on streaming platforms and on demand. The network was honored with a total of 18 Emmy nominations, including 12 nominations for ESCAPE AT DANNEMORA which earned a nod for Outstanding Limited Series. Freshman comedy BLACK MONDAY received an Emmy nomination for series star Don Cheadle for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series. The groundbreaking satirical series WHO IS AMERICA? created and starring Sacha Baron Cohen was honored with three Emmy nominations including Outstanding Variety Sketch Series. The premiere episode of each series is available for free now on YouTube and SHO.com.

51Fest, presented by Women in the World and IFC Center, today unveiled the lineup for the inaugural event. Celebrating the voice, vision and stories of the female majority through compelling screenings and conversations, all by or about women, the first annual 51Fest will be held July 18-21 in New York City.

SHOWTIME has announced four new series regulars joining the cast of THE L WORD: GENERATION Q, premiering this fall on SHOWTIME. Arienne Mandi (Baja), Leo Sheng (Adam), Jacqueline Toboni (Easy) and Rosanny Zayas (Orange is the New Black) are set to star as the new generation of LGBTQIA characters who will join original series stars and executive producers Jennifer Beals, Katherine Moennig and Leisha Hailey. Executive produced by showrunner Marja-Lewis Ryan (The Four-Faced Liar, 6 Balloons), original series creator Ilene Chaiken, Kristen Campo and Steph Green (pilot), the series is set to begin production on eight episodes in Los Angeles this summer.

The Television Critics Association (TCA) announces the nominees for the organization's 35TH Annual TCA Awards. Comedy duo Desus & Mero, stars of the TCA-nominated Showtime series of the same name, will host. The 2019 TCA Awards, a celebration of all things television, honors the best series, creators, and stars of the 2018-2019 season. More than 220 professional television critics and journalists from the United States and Canada voted.

Variety and PBS SoCal announced today the actor lineup and schedule for the tenth season of their EMMY®Award-winning Variety Studio: Actors on Actors. The new season will include exclusive one-on-one conversations between top acting talent from this year's most notable television  shows who are expected to contend this Emmy season. AMC Networks announced today the premiere dates for several new and returning original series, including second seasons of AMC's mystic modern-day fable Lodge 49 and horror-infused anthology The Terror: Infamy, IFC's new musical variety sketch comedy Sherman's Showcase and SundanceTV's Close Up with The Hollywood Reporter, quirky comedy Rosehaven Season 3 and the new true crime thriller No One Saw A Thing.

The Screen Actors Guild Awards® presented its coveted Actor® statuettes for the outstanding motion picture and television performances of 2018 at the 25th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards®, hosted by Megan Mullally, held Sunday, Jan. 27 at the Los Angeles Shrine Auditorium Expo Hall.
