Now in its ninth season of supporting emerging writers The Farm Theater has awarded their 2022/23 College Collaboration Project Commission to playwright Deneen Reynolds-Knott (Antepartum at The Fire This Time Festival; Shoebox Picnic Road Side: Route One with Alabama Shakespeare Festival).

A GoFundMe campaign has been set up to raise the needed funds and has already raised $45,000.00 of the $75,000.00 goal.

Now in its ninth season of supporting emerging writers The Farm Theater has awarded their 2021/22 College Collaboration Project Commission to playwright Jake Brasch (Greenland at Dixon Place; Salutations, I'm Creative Dave at Alchemical Theatre Laboratory). Jake will collaborate with Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN and Pellissippi State College in Knoxville, TN. Austin Peay is participating in The Farm Theater's College Collaboration Project for the first time. This will be Pellissippi State's second year, following their partnership in 2018-19. 

San Francisco Playhouse announced streaming dates for I Was Right Here, a new play written and performed by Julia Brothers. The play was filmed on stage at San Francisco Playhouse and will be presented as an on-demand video stream from March 27th through April 17th, 2021.
