The Friends of the Vergennes Opera House has announced the line-up for their 2023-2024 season which kicks off on Sunday, September 10, 2023, and ends on Friday, May 3, 2024.

Claybody Theatre has announced that this October it will be presenting the world premiere of Song of the Sytch, Deborah McAndrew's new play about secrets and subversion in the dark heart of the Potteries during the Second World War.

Directed by Academy Award winner Morgan Neville (20 Feet From Stardom) and Jeff Malmberg (Marwencol), narrated by Jeff Daniels, and featuring Charlie Day as a younger Veeck, The Saint of Second Chances is wildly unexpected, full of heart, and keeps you laughing through a comeback story unlike any other. The tour opens on September 26 at the Landmark Theatre in Syracuse, NY. From there, it continues to the Kimmel Cultural Campus in Philadelphia, PA before visiting various cities across North America. Find out all the details on who has joined the cast!

Jeff Pitchell's Legends Live On will come to the Spire Center in Plymouth, MA on Saturday, August 26. Pitchell's performance will feature Texas Flood- with guests Tyrone Vaughan (son of Jimmie Vaughan and nephew of Stevie Ray Vaughan), Charmaine Neville (daughter of Charles Neville), and Claudette King (daughter of B.B. King).

During the Roaring Twenties, Wilbur Burton Foshay was an ambitious and successful businessman. He opened the Foshay Tower in Minneapolis and was on his way to becoming one of the richest people in the world. Fate, however, and the Great Depression had other plans for him. This world premiere new musical is the true story of a man who, by losing everything, finds himself.

ACT (A Contemporary Theatre) of Connecticut recently wrapped the final production of their 2022-2023 season - THE SECRET GARDEN. Performances ran this May and June.

The 35th Annual Toronto Fringe Festival wrapped up after 12 successful days of live theatre in 16 venues, plus free programming at the POSTSCRIPT Patio from July 5-16, 2023.

According to the production's official social media account, the UK tour of Titanic the Musical has been filmed.

Filmed at Snake & Jake’s Christmas Club Lounge, in New Orleans, LA., the video for 'The Deep and the Dirty' was directed by Kaylie McCarthy & Lizzie Smith with videography by Kaylie McCarthy and edited by Eric Johanson. About the video Johanson declared, 'On one level 'The Deep And The Dirty' is two references to the American South.

The fall 2023 outing will see the renowned four-piece head to Canada and Europe in addition to more U.S. cities beginning September 13th in Toronto. The 21-date North American leg will stop in Ottawa, Montreal, Wilkes-Barre, Harrisburg, Erie, Charleston, Wilmington, Shreveport, Baton Rouge, Fort Myers and many more.

The 12-song rock journey, already being hailed as “perfection” and “captivating,” includes the previously released singles “Dreaming Out Loud” featuring Ivan Neville and Ruthie Foster, “Same As It Ever Was” and “Made My Peace” as well as additional guest appearances from Billy F Gibbons, Billy Bob Thornton, and Celisse. 

Now in its fourth year the Ted Thomas Dance Foundation and East Coast Contemporary Ballet will present a series of free dance performances throughout Fairfield County to enable greater access to the arts and arts education.
