Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company has extended its engagement of A STRANGE LOOP, Michael R. Jackson’s Pulitzer-Prize winning musical, directed by Stephen Brackett, choreographed by Raja Feather Kelly, music directed by Rona Siddiqui, and produced in association with Playwrights Horizons and Page 73 Productions.

THE WORKSHOP  today announced its inaugural cohort of 2021-22 fellows for the first-of-its-kind arts fellowship to support, nurture and develop professional artists and culture-makers who identify as JOCISM (Jews of Color, Jews of Indigenous backgrounds, and Jews of Sephardic and/or Mizrahi heritage). 

Hedgerow Theatre Company will continue their 99th season welcoming audiences back to live theatre with three new productions throughout the winter and spring of 2022. Hedgerow returned to indoor performances this fall with two full-scale productions under the leadership of new Executive Artistic Director Marcie Bramucci.

The Public Theater just kicked off the 16th annual UNDER THE RADAR FESTIVAL last night, January 8. At an SRO ceremony held at Zion Lutheran Church in Pittsfield, the Board of the Berkshire Theatre Critics Association presented the Berkshire Theatre Awards on the evening of Monday, November 12, 2018. This was the third year the awards have been presented to honor and celebrate the excellence and diversity of theatre in the greater Berkshire region.

This week the Berkshire Theatre Critics Association is voting on the final award list in preparation for the Third Annual Berkshire Theatre Awards.
