The 24 Hour Plays: Viral Monologues return tonight for Season 3, Round 3. An exciting group of actors and writers have been paired to create pieces written, rehearsed and recorded in 24 hours. Kyla Matsuura-Miller (violin) has been chosen as the winner of The Music Trust’s 2021 Freedman Classical Fellowship. Kyla and finalists Eliza Shephard (flute), Will Hansen (double bass) and Molly Collier-O’Boyle (viola) competed for the coveted $21,000 prize in a deciding concert last night.

Pulitzer Prize winner Stephen Adly Guirgis takes his style to another level in this world premiere play about the harrowing, humorous, and heartbreaking inner workings of a women's halfway house in New York City, helmed by John Ortiz (LAByrinth Artistic Director) in his Off-Broadway directing debut. Atlantic is thrilled to partner with LAByrinth Theater Company to present Guirgis' first new play since Atlantic Theater Company's 2014 award-winning production of Between Riverside and Crazy.

Jake Brasch's World Premiere Production of his screwball comedy SALUTATIONS, I'M CREATIVE DAVE returns for encore performances June 5-7 at The Alchemical Theatre Laboratory after a sold-out run in May. The production will be presented by The Clambake and Tyler Kion.

The event will benefit THE ALI FORNEY CENTER, whose mission is to protect LGBTQ youths from the dangers of homelessness and empower them with the tools needed to live independently.
