DSI Comedy Theater has settled into its new home. The Triangle comedy mainstay is breaking in its new stage with a month of special appearances from notable performers from around the country. Friday, May 16 and Saturday, May 17, DSI is welcoming Key and Peele Writer and Co-Producer Rich Talarico for two 8:30 p.m. shows and workshops throughout the weekend. Tickets cost $10. DSI Comedy Theater staff and local contractors have been hard at work putting the finishing touches on the new space. The new space will kick off with a stellar weekend of performances welcoming New York City based musical sketch comedy sensations, Pop Roulette, Friday, May 2 and Saturday, May 3 at 8:30 p.m.

NBC and Don Mischer Productions announced today the presenters for the "American Comedy Awards," airing Thursday, May 8 (9-11 p.m. ET/PT) on NBC.

Nick Offerman's NIGHT OF 23 STARS will take place on May 5, 2014 at 7:30PM. Offerman joins his many fancy friends from the comedy and theater worlds to raise money for scholarships for deserving children to attend the New York YMCA Camp.

Comix At Foxwoods will host comedy star Maz Jobrani for a four show lineup beginning tonight, Apr. 17. Jobrani will take the stage at 8 p.m. each night, before wrapping up his stay with a double-header onSaturday, Apr. 19, featuring a special 'Nasty'-themed 10:30 p.m. performance.

Comix At Foxwoods will host American Comedy Award winner for “Best Male Stand-up Comedian,” Bill Engvall, at the MGM Grand Theater for a hilarious stand-up performance tonight, April 12 at 8 p.m.

Comix At Foxwoods will host the sketch comedy all-star, Bryan Callen, for a four show lineup beginning Today, April 10. Callen, who can currently be seen in the feature film, “Ride Along,” will take the stage at 8 p.m. each night, before wrapping up his stay with a double-header on Saturday, Apr. 12, featuring a special “Nasty”-themed10:30 p.m. performance.

The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust announced award-winning comedian, author, and filmmaker Mike Birbiglia brings his all new comedy tour, Thank God For Jokes, to the Byham Theater tonight, March 20, at 7:30pm. This tour is presented by Steve Litman Presents.
