Sex. Lies. Violins. A cast of all-Seattle actors dives into the passionate behind-the-scenes life of a fictional string quartet in Opus at Seattle Repertory Theatre. The play is inspired by violist-turned-playwright Michael Hollinger's own quartet experiences. Opus opens in previews Oct. 30 and plays through Dec. 6 in the intimate Leo K. Theatre. Local favorites, Seattle up-and-comers and a handful of well-known film and Broadway actors will take the stage for Seattle Repertory Theatre's 2009-10 season, the theatre announced today. The season opens Sept. 25 with tickets on sale August 25. Subscriptions are currently available.
