Southampton’s Mayflower Theatre has announced the full cast and released rehearsal photos for this year’s fairest pantomime of them all, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs which opens on Saturday 9 December.

Final casting has been revealed for the UK and Ireland Tour of The Wizard of Oz which begins rehearsals today. The new musical, based on the iconic story by L. Frank Baum, opens its UK and Ireland tour following a celebrated run at the world-famous London Palladium.

Due to overwhelming demand, 24-hours after tickets went on priority pre-sale and before the box office opens for general on-sale, Andrew Lloyd Webber's STARLIGHT EXPRESS has extended bookings through to February 2025.

On Friday 15th September 2023, Day Six, a new 13-minute-long music film will be screened in Dublin, Ireland. The song from the film, Amor, s'io posso uscir de' tuoi artigli is taken from the celebrated Irish-based medieval/jazz ensemble Anakronos' recent album, Citadel of Song. Citadel of Song presents highly innovative interpretations - fusing medieval music, jazz and other styles - of the 10 songs (found at the end of each day) in Giovanni Boccaccio's 14th century literary masterpiece, The Decameron.

JLS star Aston Merrygold will play The Tin Man and Liverpool-raised, RuPaul's Drag Race UK winner and Dancing on Ice finalist, The Vivienne, The Wicked Witch of the West in The Wizard of Oz at the Liverpool Empire this Christmas. The full cast and creative team has been announced for Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Sunset Boulevard directed by Jamie Lloyd, with book and lyrics by Don Black and Christopher Hampton, based on the Billy Wilder film.

Producers, Michael Harrison and David Ian are delighted to announce that multi-platinum Australian recording artist Emily Williams will star as Rachel Marron in the award-winning international smash hit musical The Bodyguard, from Tuesday 12 September 2023 at the Liverpool Empire.

Birmingham Hippodrome and Crossroads Pantomimes have announced further casting that completes an exciting all-star line-up for the gigantic pantomime adventure, Jack and the Beanstalk. The show will see TV and Theatre favourite Samantha Womack return to the Hippodrome stage as Mrs Blunderbore, the Giant’s evil wife, and Brummie local Alexanda O’Reilly as Jack Trot.
