PARK THEATRE will present five new productions this summer and autumn, including the world premiere of HOLY FOOL and adaptations of THE PIANIST and BULL. The season features a mix of community-driven and historical narratives.

Original Theatre and Reading Rep Theatre will present THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING OSCAR, a play by Micheál Mac Liammóir, directed by Michael Fentiman and starring Alastair Whatley, at Park Theatre from 22 July to 22 August.

Marlowe Theatre has announced its upcoming productions for 2026, featuring Charles Dickens' A TALE OF TWO CITIES in September and Kenneth Grahame's THE RELUCTANT DRAGON for the Christmas season.

Following a London run in 2025, co-producers Original Theatre and Reading Rep Theatre will present a Spring/Summer 2026 tour of Micheál Mac Liammóir’s The Importance of Being Oscar.

The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe will return to The Lowry in Salford from December 3, 2025, through January 11, 2026. Directed by Michael Fentiman, the festive production will feature Katy Stephens as the White Witch alongside a full cast of acclaimed performers. Tickets are on sale now.

The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe has been touring across the UK and Ireland and is roaring back into London later this month at Sadler’s Wells. The show, which started touring directly from the West End after it closed, brings the classic novel to life, with Lucy, Edmund, Susan and Pevensie being transported to the magical world of Narnia.

Jermyn Street Theatre and Reading Rep Theatre announced the casting of Martin Kemp's glittering translation of Jean Genet's classic masterpiece The Maids. 

Original Theatre will kick off its 20th anniversary year celebrations this November with the screening of Original At Last, a brand new short documentary film about their work, and the announcement of a packed programme for 2025. 

The full cast and additional tour venues have been set for the UK tour of The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe, celebrating the  75th Anniversary of the publication of C.S. Lewis novel which opens at Leeds Playhouse on 14 December 2024.

Chris Harper Productions has appointed Tom O’Connell as producer. Chris Harper is a Tony and Olivier Award-winning producer who has produced some of the most acclaimed theatrical successes of the last 15 years.
