The Arvada Center for the Arts & Humanities will present COME FROM AWAY from March 27 through May 10, 2026. Directed by Associate Artistic Director Kenny Moten.

The world premiere of Miss Manhattan, a brand-new musical inspired by the tragic true story of Audrey Munson—America’s first supermodel—will take the stage in Boulder, Colorado, this fall. Presented by 19K Productions, LLC and CenterStage Theatre Company, the production will run from September 19–28, 2025, at the Grace Gamm Theater at the Dairy Arts Center.

The Arvada Center for the Arts & Humanities will celebrate the uniqueness in all of us with their holiday musical Once Upon a Mattress. In this hilariously zany musical version of the fairy tale The Princess and the Pea, the kingdom must find a real princess to marry the prince and break the spell.

I have long been a Sara Bareilles stan. My love for she and her music stems from my high school days, extends to my college years when I saw her twice in concert, and leads to where we are now: Bareilles making her way from concert venues to theatrical stages, earning three Tony nominations along the way for her work on the latest show to make its way to the Arvada Center, Waitress.

The holidays always come with baggage. Winter events, gift giving, and family gatherings can quickly devolve into mayhem among the twinkling lights that line every streetlamp and window sill. Though, Arvada Center's current holiday production of Elf provides it's own sense of pandemonium.

Stages Repertory Theatre has announced the World Premiere of A Midnight Clear: A Musical Tale of Christmas, written and directed by Stages' Artistic Director Kenn McLaughlin, with music and lyrics by composer David Nehls. A Midnight Clear is a follow-up to their smash original hit I'll Be Home for Christmas, which made its World Premiere last year at the Arvada Center in Denver.

The international smash-hit musical Billy Elliot The Musical makes its Colorado mountain premiere courtesy of Breckenridge Backstage Theatre performing at the Riverwalk Center August 25 - September 3, 2017. Billy Elliot follows a boy as he trades in his boxing gloves for dancing shoes.
