Broadway's new musical The Prom held a special performance last night celebrating Casey Nicholaw.

Today, the Dramatists Guild Foundation (DGF) announced critically acclaimed performers for its annual Dramatists Guild Foundation Gala on Monday, November 12 at the Manhattan Center in NYC.

The Prom begins previews on Broadway tonight, October 23, at the Longacre Theatre. Get a first look at the full cast in action in the all new production photo below!

The new Broadway comedy The Prom has announced that a limited number of $40 general rush tickets (including the $2 facility fee) will be available at the Longacre Theatre box office (220 West 48th Street) when it opens for that day's performance(s) beginning tomorrow, Tuesday, October 23, 2018. Limited to two tickets per person, tickets are subject to availability. Cast and major credit cards are accepted.

The students of the Warner Theatre Center for Arts Education will present the first production of this year's Young Actors Series, ELF JR., in the Nancy Marine Studio Theatre on November 17 and 18, 2018. The Young Actors Series is sponsored by The Lufkin Family Foundation.

It was announced today that the Original Broadway Cast Recording Of The Prom is set for digital release December 14th and physically January 11th.  Available for preorder now, the album is produced by Scott M. Riesett and Tony Award Nominee Matthew Sklar, with music by Sklar and lyrics by four-time Tony Award Nominee Chad Beguelin.

Broadway's upcoming musical comedy The Prom will dance on...just in a new theatre!

Summer is the time for light, fun entertainment, and Palm Canyon Theatre has always selected their brightest, breeziest show as their summer offering. This year's choice is The Wedding Singer, a musical firmly set in the 80's which is based on the 1998 movie with the same title. Director Anthony Nannini has assembled a blue-ribbon cast, and directed and choreographed them through two hours of high energy singing, dancing and acting. They are accompanied by a live four-piece rock band on stage, led by musical director Jaci Davis. The results are sure to put a big smile on even the most heat-weary viewers!

The Stolen Shakespeare Guild presents THE WEDDING SINGER with Music by Matthew Sklar, Book by Chad Beguelin and Tim Herlihy, and Lyrics by Chad Beguelin. The production runs July 13th - July 29th 2018 at the Fort Worth Community Arts Center in the Sander's Theater, 1300 Gendy St. Fort Worth, TX 76107. Tickets cost $16.00 - $22.00. A pre-show wedding reception with early seating, snacks and wine is available one hour before show time and tickets for the pre-show are an additional $10.00. In an unprecedented partnership, Broadway's new musical comedy THE PROM will donate a percentage of ticket sales to the Educational Theatre Foundation (ETF) which provides financial support for theatre programs to schools in need.

The modern holiday classic ELF The Musical returns to The Hanover Theatre and Conservatory for the Performing Arts as a part of the 10th Anniversary Broadway Series, November 29 - December 2. Tickets are now on sale to members and go on sale to the general public on Tuesday, July 10 at 10 a.m.
