The season will conclude in the summer of 2022 with a 50th Anniversary production of Stephen Schwartz and John-Michael Tebelak’s musical GODSPELL, directed by the company’s newly appointed Managing and Casting Director Christopher Pazdernik and choreographed by Jeff award-winner Jenna Schoppe (She/Her).

The Philly POPS announced today that tickets for the 2021–2022 Lights Up! Showtime! season are on sale now. The POPS will celebrate this new season will a free public performance, Dancin' in Dilworth with The Philly POPS little BIG Band, on August 4, from 5:30–7:00 p.m. at Dilworth Park.

Guided by the Alliance's Distinguished Playwright in Residence Pearl Cleage, director Patrick McColery, and associate director Rodney Williams, participants are encouraged to find and claim their own voices within a judgment free zone of creativity and community.

The St. Louis Black Rep concludes its season of virtual programming with a mainstage production of an original work, Do I Move You?  It is based on a collection of poetry by Dr. Jonathan Smith I the Vice President for Diversity and Inclusion at Saint Louis University.  He is also the President of The Black Rep Board of Directors.
