A brilliantly-performed, well-mounted play about a horribly-performed, disastrously staged play.

The cast has been revealed for the The Play That Goes Wrong Washington, D.C. production coming to The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts for a limited three-and-a-half week engagement.

The Broadway Green Alliance has announced two up-coming free GREEN QUARANTINE virtual seminars on November 19th and December 10th. The series of free virtual learning opportunities began in March 2020 as a way to channel the collective creative problem-solving, community building, and storytelling skills of the theatre community.

Today we rewind to 2015, when Dames at Sea was getting ready to arrive on Broadway. The musical opened on October 22 at the Helen Hayes Theatre, where it ran for 85 performances. Directed and choreographed by Randy Skinner, it starred John Bolton, Mara Davi, Danny Gardner, Eloise Kropp, Lesli Margherita, and Cary Tedder.

Eric Jordan Young (Seussical, Chicago) is a two-time BroadwayWorld Award winner and joins host Patrick Oliver Jones to go behind the scenes as the only Ragtime performer to have been in the original Broadway run (and National Tour) and also been cast in the 2009 revival.

What started out as a fun project during the 2020 Coronavirus Pandemic quarantine on our private Facebook group evolved into something emotional, nostalgic, and uniquely unifying amidst a very dark and isolated period in humanity. Now, more than a decade after their closing night, 44 cast members of the Broadway revival of 'A Chorus Line' share what brought them all together 'again'. It was... 5, 6, 7, 8.

The BGA will host weekly virtual sessions covering a wide range of green topics, hosted by members of the theatre and environmental community.
