If you have been even remotely close to a mall and/or department store during the Holiday season, you know well the Scene. Often found within the center of the shopping hub-bub and cleverly placed near the toys, an onslaught of seasonal scenery is in sight: adorable gingerbread houses, cotton-candy like 'snow' drifts that are replete with gumdrops and woodland creatures and candy canes that are 4-8 feet tall that line a snow-covered road where you are assisted by happy helpers that support and guide your way. And we all know to whom that road leads...Santa Claus!!! Oh, the excitement builds just thinking about visiting with Ol' St. Nick, or is that anxiety and nausea?

On the eve of Dolly Parton's latest album release, CMT is giving fans a rare glimpse into Parton's world as she records her new album in "Dolly & Friends: Making of a Soundtrack," a one-hour special premiering on CMT on Thursday, November 29 at 9 pm ET/PT. The special "Dolly & Friends: Making of a Soundtrack" featuresParton in the recording studio with famed producer Linda Perry and recording with artists Alison Krauss, Elle King, Macy Gray, Miranda Lambert, Mavis Staples and Rhonda Vincent.
Katy Perry, Gwen Stefani to Perform at the Woolsey Fire Fundraiser

On Sunday, December 2, the One Love Malibu festival will help raise funds to rebuild Malibu and its community after the devastating Woolsey Fire. Announced by KCRW today, One Gun Ranch will be renamed One Love Ranch, where there will be a live auction and performances by Katy Perry, Gwen Stefani, Macy Gray, Chris Martin (Coldplay), Robin Thicke, Natasha Bedingfield, Brandi Carlile, Chad Smith (Red Hot Chili Peppers), Taylor Hawkins (Foo Fighters), Angel Haze, Dorothy, Rita Wilson and more to be announced. Demi Moore, Pierce & Keely Brosnan, Johnny Galecki, Anjelica Huston, Cara Delevingne, Orlando Bloom, Chris Douridas, Laird Hamilton, Gabby Reece and Liberty Ross will also be involved in the festival.
