At an SRO ceremony held at Zion Lutheran Church in Pittsfield, the Board of the Berkshire Theatre Critics Association presented the Berkshire Theatre Awards on the evening of Monday, November 12, 2018. This was the third year the awards have been presented to honor and celebrate the excellence and diversity of theatre in the greater Berkshire region.

The Orleans Hotel and Casino will bring celebrated entertainment to The Orleans Showroom in December, including exclusive previews of the documentary "Feek's Vision," the holiday shows Home for Christmas with Lani Misalucha and "Merry Christmas Darling: Carpenters' Christmas," as well as swing revival group Big Bad Voodoo Daddy. The Actors' Gang has announced an extension of 'Johnny Got His Gun' at the Ivy Substation, adding two performances, a matinee performance on November 11th, commemorating the 100th anniversary of the end of World War I and Veteran's Day and an evening performance on November 14th. The stage adaptation of Academy Award-winning screenwriter Dalton Trumbo's war novel, Johnny Got His Gun, written by Bradley Rand Smith and directed by Tim Robbins, began previews on October 6th and opened October 13th.

Food Network announced today it will go live Sunday, November 18th, with a cross-platform Choose Your Side experience, offering Thanksgiving recipes, tips and inspiration across the brand's linear and digital properties including Facebook Live, on-air programming and digital series Food Network Finds. Choose Your Side marks the official start for Food Network's Thanksgiving week special feature, Feast Week, which is full of Thanksgiving-themed content from viewers' favorite Food Network personalities.
