THE PLAY THAT GOES WRONG as performed at Center Stage Theatre, in Shelton, CT, has the most spectacular set I have ever seen!  Director Betsy Kelso helps bring out the best in this amazing cast!  It is clear that the entire cast is having as wonderful a time performing their roles as the audience is having watching them perform!

Stratford's Square One Theatre Company concluded its twenty-sixth anniversary season recently with the annual presentation of its Subscriber Awards. The awards were selected by the theatre's nearly 1,000 subscribers who voted for performers in various acting categories from the company's three-play, 2015-16 season.  This was the first season for the theatre's new space onstage at Stratford Academy.

Actress and playwright Mary Jane Schaefer explores the relationship between Zelda and Scott Fitzgerald in her play, Scott and Zelda: Happy Forever, which was performed at the Theatre Artists Workshop in Norwalk in June. Schaefer is best known for her work in Shakespeare. She performed with Shakespeare On The Sound and has written two parts of a trilogy on the Bard -- Shakespeare Rising and Judith Shakespeare Has Her Say.
