Following critically acclaimed, sold-out engagements in the UK, the reimagined 50th Anniversary tour of Jesus Christ Superstar will come to Columbus October 3-8. In Columbus, Jesus Christ Superstar will play the Ohio Theatre Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 7:30 pm, Friday at 8 pm, Saturday at 2 pm and 8 pm, and Sunday at 1 pm and 6:30 pm.

Michael Longhurst will direct Grammy Award nominee Caissie Levy, Olivier Award winner and Tony Award nominee Jamie Parker, Trevor Dion Nicholas, Jack Ofrecio, Jack Wolfe, and Olivier Award winner and BAFTA nominee Eleanor Worthington-Cox in Next to Normal at the Donmar Warehouse. It can be a daunted thing to bring Shakespeare’s work to life – it’s something that is so familiar to the public that it can sometimes feel tired and overdone. And yet Rebecca Frecknall’s production of Romeo and Juliet at the Almeida is a wonderful retelling of a Shakespearean classic.  

Following critically acclaimed, sold-out engagements in the UK, the reimagined 50th Anniversary tour of JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR will come to Starlight Theatre from June 20-25.

The fully renovated State Theatre New Jersey presents the reimagined 50th Anniversary tour of Jesus Christ Superstar for four performances on Friday, June 9 at 8pm; Saturday, June 10 at 2pm and 8pm; and Sunday, June 11 at 2pm. This production is a fast paced 90-minutes without intermission. Tickets range from $29-$79.

Due to demand, the first release of tickets for Streetcar sold out in record time, however the current run has been extended by one week and further tickets will be released for sale from 11am on Monday 13 March.
