This Sunday, the Emmy Award-winning Theater Talk and CUNY TV* present the annual TONY Sunday Marathon with episodes from the past season featuring conversations between 2018 TONY nominees and Theater Talk Executive Producer, Susan Haskins, joined by a prestigious line up of guest co-hosts.

If you've ever been involved in high school or community theatre, you probably have a My Fair Lady memory. Mine is of my junior year of high school, waltzing around in a vintage amber-colored gown (complete with mildly uncomfortable vintage proportions) and trying desperately to hang onto the alto harmonies despite my utter lack of singing talent (I managed, but Marni Nixon I was not). But it was one of the most thrilling experiences of my life, and listening to the lush, glorious cast recording for Lincoln Center's revival brought back all those warm memories in the best way. For newcomers just discovering this classic gem, it's a delightful introduction. For longtime aficionados, it'll have you dancing all night.

The Drama League (Gabriel Stelian-Shanks, Executive Artistic Director) announced the 2018 Drama League Awards Winners on Friday afternoon for Outstanding Production of a Play, Outstanding Revival of a Play, Outstanding Production of a Musical, Outstanding Revival of a Musical, and the much-coveted Distinguished Performance Award.

This episode focuses on Lincoln Center Theater's stunning revival of My Fair Lady with the production's director, Bartlett Sher; Lincoln Center Theater's Producing Artistic Director, Andre Bishop; as well as actors Lauren Ambrose, Harry Hadden-Paton, and Allan Corduner, who star as "Eliza Doolittle," "Henry Higgins" and "Colonel Pickering," respectively. In the rousing revival of the musical 'My Fair Lady' at New York's Lincoln Center, one of Britain's most acclaimed actresses, Dame Diana Rigg, makes her return to Broadway as Mrs. Higgins.

Dancing all night, eight times a week is the company of the ten-time Tony nominated My Fair Lady. Led by Lauren Ambrose and Harry Hadden-Paton, the cast is made of 37 of Broadway's best, who effortlessly bring the Lerner & Lowe classic back to the forefront  this season.
