The new anthology drama stars Oscar®, Emmy® and Tony winner Viola Davis (Ma Rainey's Black Bottom), as former first lady Michelle Obama, Oscar and Emmy nominee Michelle Pfeiffer (French Exit) as Betty Ford and Emmy and Screen Actors Guild® winner Gillian Anderson (The Crown) as Eleanor Roosevelt.

Nighy will reunite with stars Oscar and Emmy® nominee and BAFTA Award winner Chiwetel Ejiofor (12 Years a Slave) and Oscar, BAFTA® and Screen Actors Guild® Award nominee Naomie Harris (Moonlight), both of whom he worked with on previous projects. The series also stars Jimmi Simpson, Rob Delaney, Sonya Cassidy, Joana Ribeiro, and Kate Mulgrew.

Artistic Directors Douglas Aibel and Sarah Stern just presented Ryan J. Haddad with the 2021-2022 Paula Vogel Playwriting Award at the Vineyard Theatre’s annual Emerging Artists Celebration.

The film also stars Stephen Bogardus, Alex Breaux and Dan Bittner. The film is co-directed by Roger Mancusi, in his directorial debut, and Katie Schiller, both of whom previously collaborated on the indie darling and Gotham Award-nominated SHIVA BABY. The film is based on the short story “Columbarium,” by Nicholas Mancusi.

Today, Irish American Writers & Artists, Inc. (IAW&A) announced that Kate Mulgrew will receive the nonprofit organization's 2020 prestigious annual Eugene O'Neill Lifetime Achievement Award in a virtual ceremony on December 7, 2020.

Instead of the annual production on the Common, CSC will present an online script-in-hand performance on Thursday, August 6 at 7:00PM, as a benefit to support CSC's 2021 production on the Boston Common, with the previously announced cast led by John Douglas Thompson* in the role of Prospero.

Rebel Engine Entertainment recording artist and singer-songwriter Stephanie Quayle has joined songwriter and producer Alex Kline to begin work on a new project, writing an original song for a documentary about missing and unidentified women in the United States. The song will be featured in SHE, a full-length documentary that is currently under production.
