LIVING FOR TODAY will present a benefit concert entitled Living for Today: a?oePut on a Happy Facea??, on Sunday, October 20, 2019 at Joe's Pub (425 Lafayette St) beginning at 7PM. The concert is produced and directed by David Alpert (If/Then, The Apple Boys) with music direction by Jason Wetzel (After Midnight). July 5th marks the global release of the latest Cincinnati Pops Orchestra recording, Voyage, under the direction of Pops Conductor John Morris Russell. The first studio recording made at Cincinnati Music Hall following a major renovation draws inspiration from the stars and includes the world premiere recording of the title track by Academy Award-winning composer Michael Giacchino. His composition, Voyage, was co-commissioned by the Cincinnati Pops and the National Symphony Orchestra and commemorates the 50th anniversary of the Moon landing and the historic "giant leap for mankind."

For Bloomsday 2019, Irish actress Eilin O'Dea will perform 'Molly Bloom by James Joyce,' the American premiere of her tour de force rendition of Joyce's best known and most complex female character.  Shows will be June 13-15 and 19-22 at The Theater at 244, 244 West 54th Street (10 fl.) and June 16 as part of 'Bloomsday on Broadway XXXVIII' at Peter Jay Sharp Theatre of Symphony Space, 2537 Broadway at 95th Street.  The performance, lifted verbatim from the Penelope episode of 'Ulysses,' has brought O'Dea critical acclaim in Ireland and Europe for her no-holds-barred, candid look into Molly Bloom's whirling mind.

American Conservatory Theater Raises $900,000 At Its Fall Celebration

Richmond Triangle Players continues its 2018-19 season with Who's Holiday, the mid-Atlantic premiere of the play Dr. Seuss didn't want you to see! The production will open Friday November 16 at 8:00 pm, after two low-priced previews on Wednesday and Thursday November 14 and 15 at 8:00 pm, and run through Saturday December 15.
