Pioneer Theatre Company (PTC) has assembled a panel of media experts to discuss their experiences in the era of a?oefake news,a?? following the upcoming opening night of their regional premiere of the recent Broadway play, The Lifespan of a Fact.

Pioneer Theatre Company presents a Concert Production of Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, based on the wildly popular 1988 MGM comedy that was a hit film starring Steve Martin and Michael Caine. For several years now, each season at Pioneer Theatre Company has included a concert production of a musical, including THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW, CHESS, IN THE HEIGHTS, and LA CAGE AUX FOLLES. Always audience and critics' favorites, they feature a unique production style transported from New York City by artistic director Karen Azenberg. This year's show--DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS, playing October 18-19--will surely prove to be no different. Azenberg graciously took time from her demanding preparation schedule to describe these concert productions and give a sneak peek of what's to come with DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS.

The complete cast, including visiting cast with Broadway credentials and returning local actors, has been announced for Pioneer Theatre Company's Concert Production of Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. The concert-style production runs just three performances, over October 18 & 19, 2019, and is an add-on to PTC's 2019-2020 season.

Individual tickets for the first half of Pioneer Theatre Company's 2019-2020 season go on sale to the general public on Wednesday, August 21 at 10:00 a.m. Existing PTC subscribers may purchase additional tickets and secure seats using their Flex Pass two days earlier, on Monday, August 19 at 10:00 a.m.
