The Warner Theatre will welcome The Allman Betts Band to the Main Stage on Thursday, March 28 at 8 PM. After a successful year touring as The Devon Allman Project with special guest Duane Betts, the sons of Gregg Allman and Dickey Betts are joining forces to form The Allman Betts Band! The show will open with a set of hits and songs yet to be released by Rusted Root's front-man Michael Glabicki and guitarist Dirk Miller!

Fresh off three cruises and Island Exodus with Gov't Mule and Lukas Nelson, The Allman Betts Band will kick off their world tour in NYC at The Brooklyn Bowl on March 27. The band will make their way across the US and will be making stops in Europe as part of their inaugural tour.

Given that they don't come around all that often, the announcement of a new collection of Adam Carroll songs is always cause for a certain amount of celebration by discerning aficionados of quality Americana music. Mind, nothing too showy or over-the-top, because that would be at odds with the whole modestly unassuming and quietly impactful nature that's long been such a key part of Carroll's charm - but a celebration just the same, as is warranted any time the world is gifted a new album by the artist who, in the estimation of none other than Jon Dee Graham, 'may be the best songwriter that Texas ever produced.'

Stephen Kellogg has shared a new music video for “High Highs, Low Lows,” the standout single off his recently released Will Hoge-produced album Objects in the Mirror (November 23, 2018). Directed by filmmaker Peter Harding — also the director of the Amazon exclusive documentaryLast Man Standing, which tells the story of making Kellogg's previous album South, West, North, East — the video reveals a series of intimate candid shots from Kellogg's winter tour combined with striking scripted clips. It is premiering at Wide Open Country today who calls the song “a reflective tune about life's peaks and valleys that would sound at home alongside the FM hits of Bob Seger and Tom Petty.” Ahead of the album's release, American Songwriter featured the track describing it as “a slowly building folk anthem with chiming piano, gentle pedal steel and a raw, vulnerable vocal performance from Kellogg,” and Rolling Stone Country praised, “The slow-burn heartland rock of 'High Highs, Low Lows' unfolds like John Prine fronting the Heartbreakers.”

The Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum has announced Country music royalty and a fifty-one year member of the Grand Ole Opry, Jeannie Seely will be included in the opening of its first exhibition of 2019, American Currents: The Music of 2018, on Friday, March 8, 2019. Riverland is the new album from Eric Brace, Peter Cooper & Thomm Jutz on Nashville based Red Beet Records. It's a concept album, a daring thing in these days of shuffle modes and short attention. It's about Mississippi - both the big river and the troubled-but-beautiful state - though Brace is a Washington, D.C. guy, Cooper is from South Carolina, and Jutz grew up in Germany's Black Forest. On paper, it's a suspect idea. In song, it shines like a bright Natchez morning, and hurts like a lonesome Meridian motel room.

Last Saturday, it was announced that multi-platinum songwriter, JACK TEMPCHIN, will be inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame this June.  JACK is in great company for the New York City celebration, with 2019's other inductees—Cat Stevens, John Prine, Tom T. Hall, Dallas Austin and Missy Elliott, who is the first female hip-hop artist to ever win the prestigious honor.
