It may be March, but all eyes and ears on the West Coast are focusing on July, 2009, when the Hollywood Bowl will present Frank Loesser's Guys & Dolls as their annual musical.

Jennifer Cody was the Gypsy Robe recipient for Shrek, the Broadway dynamo passed the robe on to Guys and Dolls ensemble member Lorin Latarro in a fun and emotion filled ceremony. BroadwayWorld's camera shared in the excitement as the cast cheered her on!

Based on 'The Idyll of Miss Sarah Brown' and 'Blood Pressure,' two short stories by Damon Runyon, it also borrows characters and plot elements from other Runyon stories, most notably 'Pick the Winner'.
