LIVE FROM MERKIN HALL it's IN YOUR FACE - NEW YORK.  When a multitude of New York's great women take the stage it's bound to be an amazing evening.

The latest edition of the monthly musical revue,New York: Big City Songbook, will play at Birdland Theater on Sunday, April 14 at 7:30 pm,featuring Klea Blackhurst, LaTanya Hall and Nick Ziobro. Joe Davidian is on piano and Jay Leonhart on bass and vocals, with musical arrangements by John Oddo. Mark Waldrop directs and Deborah Grace Winer produces and hosts.

Deborah Grace Winer continues her monthly love affair with New York when her acclaimed musical revue 'NEW YORK: BIG CITY SONGBOOK' returns to Birdland Theatre on Sunday, April 14 at 7:30 pm featuring Klea Blackhurst, LaTanya Hall and Nick Ziobro with Joe Davidian on piano and Jay Leonhart on bass and vocals. Mark Waldrop directs with musical arrangements by John Oddo.

The Classic American Songbook Series continues at Feinstein's/54 Below on Sunday, March 24at 7 PM and 9:30PM with GOT RHYTHM: THE GERSHWIN BROTHERS, featuring Klea Blackhurst, George Dvorsky, Nicolas King and Rebecca Luker. Written and hosted by Deborah Grace Winer, GOT RHYTHM will feature arrangements by Musical director John Oddo and stage direction by Mark Waldrop, with Oddo on piano, James Saporito on drums and Jay Leonhart on bass.

On Sunday, March 31st, Encompass New Opera Theatre (Nancy Rhodes, Artistic Director), The Board of Trustees and The Encompass Honorary Gala Chairs, Sheldon Harnick and Maury Yeston will pay tribute to Tony Award-winning luminaries, LAURA BENANTI AND BARTLETT SHER, with a star-studded musical salute.

Schimmel Center at Pace University concludes its 2018-19 Cabaret Series with an evening of standards and musical theater selections composed by women titled Baby, Dream Your Dream: The Great Women Songwriters today, March 9, 2019 at 7:30pm. Tickets start at $29 and can be purchased at SchimmelCenter.org, by phone at 212-346-1715, or by visiting the Schimmel Center Box Office at 3 Spruce Street, Manhattan.
