RED BULL THEATER has announced that Lesli Margherita, Simon Pearl, Michael Pilato, and Vaden Thurgood have been added to the cast of their one-night-only benefit performance of the hit 1968 rock musical Your Own Thing.

Prospect Theater Company has announced the performers who will be appearing in its 2022 Musical Theater Lab Concert presentation: Caption This. Thirty actors from Broadway and beyond will bring their talents to the stage to celebrate the hot-off-the-presses new works generated in this year's lab process. 

Created and directed by composer, conductor, and multi-genre musician Damien Sneed, Our Song, Our Story - the New Generation of Black Voices is an evening of music highlighting some of the world's most well-known operatic arias, art songs and spirituals.

More Loud presents the World Premiere of MRS. LOMAN, a play by Barbara Cassidy that imagines what Linda Loman from Death of a Salesman does after her husband commits suicide. Directed by Meghan Finn, this satirical critique of misogyny in Miller's world runs through November 20 at The Tank.

Writers Theatre will continue its 2022/23 Season with Manual Cinema’s Christmas Carol, a Manual Cinema production adapted from the novel by Charles Dickens, devised by Manual Cinema with additional writing by Nate Marshall. Manual Cinema’s Christmas Carol will be presented November 29 – December 24, 2022.

Lucid Dreaming Sketch Comedy is hosting another sketch comedy show featuring writing from local artists. Come check out our unique brand of fast and surreal comedy. The show opens at Broom Street Theater November 11th at 7pm and additional shows run November 12th, 18th, and 19th.

The EP, produced by Matty Beats (Nic D, Connor Price, Shamir), is “a cathartic escape into the twists and turns of a toxic relationship, both within yourself and with a significant other,” according to Cryptic Wisdom. It features the previously released “Can’t Be Saved” and the romantic and poetically melancholic “You Do.”

Amanda Selwyn Dance Theatre will present their 2022 Holiday Performance and Party, featuring a preview of the developing work Habit Formed, on December 14, 2022 at 6:30-9:30 p.m. at Compass Real Estate.

CHELSEA TABLE + STAGE will present the return of Tony Award winner Matt Doyle for a special holiday show on Monday, December 19 at 7:00 PM. Following his acclaimed, sold-out run this summer at the venue, Doyle will be joined by his band, The Whiskey 5, to celebrate his album, Make the Season Bright.

At This Performance…  will return to The Green Room 42 featuring standbys, understudies, and alternates From Moulin Rouge! The Musical; Almost Famous; Hadestown; Funny Girl; Aladdin; and Paradise Square.  

The Spam Museum is a museum of hte infamous canned precooked meat products made by Hormel Food Corporation. The museum features the origin of Spam and the history of the Hormel company. It is located in Austin, Minnesota and the admission for guest is free. They are also doing live virtual tours.
