From theatrical treasures to selfies with stars, from exclusive auction experiences to coveted signed show posters and Playbills, there was something special for every Broadway fan at the 33rd annual edition of the Broadway Flea Market & Grand Auction on September 22, 2019. The biggest day for Broadway fans, produced by and benefiting Broadway Cares Equity Fights AIDS, raised $870,167.

The Green Room 42 brings Michael Anthony Theatrical's production of 'Bare: In Concert' to New York City for a one night only engagement. 'Bare: In Concert' is a musical tribute to one of the most treasured pop opera's. The performance will play Saturday, September 21stat 9:30pm at The Green Room 42. The night will feature numbers from the pop opera and the newly composed musical such as Million Miles from Heaven, You and I, A Quiet Night at Home, Are You There, One, All Grown Up, Bare and more!
SCENERY Launches “Merde” Handbag To Celebrate The Dance Community

On Friday, August 30th, SCENERY launched Merde in the Curtain Call collection. This handbag is the 'Break a leg' bag for the dance world! 'Merde' is the word dancers use to wish each other a good show. The bag is created from black drops, called legs, that hang on either side of the stage separating the world onstage from the world offstage and featuring gold metallic embroidery with the message “merde”.

Three all-star lineups are set for the next concerts in the new Broadway Sings spinoff series, Broadway Sings: Unplugged. On September 30, October 21, and November 18, The Green Room 42 will present three different casts for Sara Bareilles: Unplugged each month, featuring original a?oeunpluggeda?? arrangements of the singer-songwriter's hits, orchestrated for an acoustic band. Each night will offer two identical shows: 7pm and 9:30pm.

Notable graduates from Baldwin Wallace University will band together on August 26 to honor the life of fellow grad Kyle Jean-Baptiste, the Les Miserables cast member who tragically passed away in 2015. Jean-Baptiste was the youngest, and the first African-American actor, to play the leading role of a?oeJean Valjeana?? on Broadway. The Kyle Jean-Baptiste Foundation, which was founded in 2016 in his name, supports and provides opportunities of enrichment and learning to empower youth, families, and communities through the Arts.
