TheaterWorksUSA Announced The Creation Of Artistic Ambassadors At Last Night Benefit Gala

Last night, TheaterWorksUSA celebrated 57 years with its benefit at The Current at Chelsea Piers hosted by Broadway's James Snyder. The evening raised critical funds to support TheaterWorksUSA's mission which addresses the disproportionate accessibility of theater for young people by creating exceptional, transformative theatrical experiences for audiences in diverse communities throughout New York City and North America. The sold-out event honored TheaterWorksUSA champions, Marco Masotti and Tracy Stein, Judith C. Prince, and apple seeds.

GR42 Returns to Sing Rodgers & Hammerstein

The Green Room 42 is proud to bring the third show of The Music of... series, now a monthly resident show, 'GR42 Sings' back to it's stage!

Christine Dwyer, Zach Adkins and More Join BROADWAY SINGS P!NK: UNPLUGGED

The starry lineup is set for the seventh monthly concert in the year-long Broadway Sings spinoff series, Broadway Sings: Unplugged. On April 29 at 7pm and 9:30pm, The Green Room 42 will present P!NK: Unplugged, featuring original "unplugged" arrangements of the pop star's hits, orchestrated for an acoustic band.

Year Two has officially begun at Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, and that means that a brand new class of witches and wizards has begun a magical journey at Hogwarts (or the Lyric Theatre). Three of the show's 27 new cast members are James Snyder, Matt Mueller and Jenny Jules, who portray the dream team of the wizarding world- Harry, Ron and Hermione.

On The Quays Celebrates World Pride With #howaboutlove: 50 YEARS OF DIVAS

On The Quays returns to The Green Room 42 on Sunday, June 23 at 7:00pm and 9:30pm for Stonewall 50|WorldPride, the largest Pride celebration in the world, with "50 Years of DIVAS", the fifth installment of the #howaboutlove concert series. The evening will be a night of fierce, ferocious fabulousness paying tribute to the Divas who provided the soundtrack to the last 50 years of the worldwide PRIDE movement that started right here in New York City.

TheaterWorksUSA, the country's premier not-for-profit producer of professional theater for young and family audiences for over 57 years, will host its annual spring benefit at The Current at Chelsea Piers on Monday, April 29. Funds raised at the event will support TheaterWorksUSA's ongoing commitment to keeping theater accessible to diverse communities nationwide and providing opportunities for professional artists in New York City to create exceptional new work for young and family audiences.

LET ME BE YOUR STAR To Play The Green Room 42

The Green Room 42 brings New Generation Theater Company's 'Let Me Be Your Star' to New York City for a one night only engagement. 'Let Me Be Your Star' is a musical tribute to one of NBC's most treasured TV series SMASH. The performance will play Saturday, April 13th at 9:30pm at The Green Room 42. The night will feature numbers such as History Is Made at Night, They Just Keep Moving the Line, Never Give All the Heart, Broadway Here I Come, Let Me Be Your Star and more!

#TBT: Idina Menzel Returns to Broadway in IF/THEN!

Five years ago, Tony Award winner Idina Menzel made her long-awaited return to Broadway, teaming up with her Rent director Michael Grief for Tom Kitt and Brian Yorkey's original musical If/Then!
