The first time I saw "West Side Story" I was on the edge of my seat for these tragic lovers. And the first time I saw "Les Miserables" I wept through the entire thing. With its complete lack of subtlety and heart, the only thing it has going for it is the amazing voices singing these wonderful songs.

The 5th Avenue Theatre, Seattle's premiere musical theatre, is thrilled to announce its line-up for the 2011/12 season.

'Les Misérables' broke box office records at the Center Theatre Group/Ahmanson Theatre for the final four weeks of its run, beginning the week of July 4, 2011, and continuing through the closing week ending July 31. The closing week gross was $1,530,099, the highest for a single week in Ahmanson history.
