The York Theatre Company has announced the complete cast and creative team for the limited return engagement of the hit Off-Broadway musical Cheek to Cheek: Irving Berlin in Hollywood, a song and dance celebration featuring the music and lyrics of the legendary Irving Berlin which premiered last Fall.

On Monday, September 12 (9:30 PM), The Skivvies will continue their residency at Joe's Pub with special guests: Tovah Feldshuh, Morgan James, Nick Rashad Burroughs, Alysha Umphress, Tony Dalileo, Diane Phelan, Yael Reich, Chris Hlinka, and Emma Degerstedt.

The cast includes Jeremy Benton (42nd Street, Cagney at The York), Darien Crago (Holiday Inn, Irving Berlin's White Christmas), Kaitlyn Davidson (Cinderella, Bright Star), Danny Gardner (Flying Over Sunset, The Decline and Fall of the Entire World… at The York), and Melinda Porto (Off Broadway debut). Understudies are Corinne Munsch (A Chorus Line at Signature, Bullets Over Broadway on tour) and Sean Quinn (Irving Berlin's White Christmas, Cinderella).

Winner of six 2013 Tony Awards, Kinky Boots features a Tony-winning score by Cyndi Lauper, a book by Tony winner Harvey Fierstein. Based on the Miramaz motion picture Kinky Boots by Geoff Deane and Tim Firth.

Stephen DeAngelis continues his ongoing salute to Broadway and Off-Broadway Standbys, Understudies and Alternates with the next edition in his monthly residency of AT THIS PERFORMANCE… to be held on Monday, August 8th at The Green Room 42.

Forestburgh Playhouse present the hilarious new musical, Something Rotten! at the historic Forestburgh Mainstage from August 2-14. Something Rotten! features music and lyrics by Wayne Kirkpatrick and Karey Kirkpatrick. The latter collaborated on the musical's book with John O'Farrell.

The Mansion of Saratoga's 801 dinner concert series has a packed line up of top talent this season. Tomorrow night, Thursday July 7, popular R&B recording artist Morgan James will perform on the Mansion's great tented deck at 8 p.m.

Forestburgh Playhouse, under the leadership of Producing Artistic Director Franklin Trapp, will present PAGEANT THE MUSICAL from July 5 through 17 on the Playhouse Mainstage.

Directed by Michael Jablonski (Forestburgh’s The Producers), Fully Committed, this side-splitting satire of oversize egos reserving bite-size portions at the hottest restaurant in town stars Phillip Taratola (Broadway: LCT The Skin of Our Teeth), and plays the Playhouse Mainstage, June 21-26.

Forestburgh Playhouse, under the leadership of Producing Artistic Director Franklin Trapp, will wrap its third Forestburgh Under the Stars Concert Series this weekend with Broadway Couple Kirtsen & Matthew Scott: We Didn't Sleep Last Night on June 17 and Tony Winner Cady Huffman with Mary Ann McSweeney: It Was a Very Good Year on June 18.

Theatre Geeks Anonymous, in association with the Broadway Podcast Network, has announced that Morgan James will be joining hosts Ebony Vines and Pamela Shandrow to talk about the All-Female Jesus Christ Superstar Album which is on all streaming platforms and available for purchase now. 

Hammer Theatre Center will kick off summer with its new Sunset Series, inviting Bay Area audiences to enjoy rooftop performances by musical headliners on The Hammer Terrace.
