Black & White Gallery / Project Space will present the group exhibition En Plein Air Reloaded: Green Fuse. Bucks County Playhouse has announced final casting for the world premiere production of the new musical-comedy adventure, 'Other World.' The musical, which celebrates the ability to find heroes in unexpected places, begins performances at the Playhouse on March 13 and run through April 11 with an official opening night on March 28.

Up and coming playwright, Dori Feinstein, has written a new play intended to discuss the gray areas of consent in a culture that doesn't teach it. Dori was recent seen as a PlayPenn intern as well as in the Tribe 12 Fellowship Program, their project for which was designed to create and cater to open dialogue on consent through theatre and this new play is a direct example of how to use theatre for such a process. Directed by new and devised director, Anastassia Vertjanova, who was recently seen directing Blues For A Red Nation and Footballs, this piece will explore how drugs, trauma, and youth can affect consent, sexuality, and healing.

Rhinebeck Writers Retreat is producing a reading of the new musical THE TATTOOED LADY, book by Obie-winner Erin Courtney, music and lyrics by Lucille Lortel-winner Max Vernon, and direction by Ellie Heyman. THE TATTOOED LADY was selected for Rhinebeck Writers Retreat's Triple R program, giving the writers 2 readings and a residency to do extensive development of their musical in a compressed time frame.

Pittsburgh CLO will launch its second New Musicals Weekend, a project of the Next Generation Campaign's New Small Musicals Initiative. New Musicals Weekend, the mini version of the SPARK festival, takes the core goals of SPARK and puts them into action over just seven days. New Musicals Weekend aims to develop new musicals for the CLO Cabaret by supporting writing teams with financial and creative resources and by building relationships with local and national artists.

11th Hour Theatre Company continues its 18-19 season with a Next Step Concert presentation of John Caird's, Stephen Schwartz's and Charles Lisanby's inspirational musical based on the Genesis story, Children of Eden.  11th Hour's Next Step Concert Series is now set to run over two weekends. This family friendly musical runs December 1-9. THML Theatre Company will continue its fall reading series with a presentation of The Lighthouse by Amanda Kohr. Directed by Associate Artistic Director Natalie Ahn, this is The Lighthouse's first NYC presentation. The reading will take place on Monday, October 15th at 7:30pm at The Center at West Park.
