Last night, October 21, Mrs. Doubtfire, the new musical comedy, had it’s first preview performance on Broadway since the 19-month long shutdown. Mrs. Doubtfire was shutdown after just three performances in March 2020. Watch as they take their joyous first bows back.

Mrs. Doubtfire has announced a a digital rush ticket policy for the Broadway production, which begins previews tonight, Thursday, October 21 in advance of an official opening night on Sunday, December 5 at the Stephen Sondheim Theatre (124 W 43rd St).

The Muny opened their production of Chicago yesterday, August 30, 2021! Start the car and head to a “whoopee spot” where crime and corruption are hot! The classic Kander and Ebb musical Chicago opened tonight at The Muny and runs through Sunday, September 5th. Chicago is the story of two murderesses, Velma Kelly and Roxie Hart, who vie for criminal celebrity status. This is an innovative and entertaining production that slays the audience. The Muny has staged literal musical theater magic with this final production of their 103rd season.
