Fall in New York is better than ever, with two locations of The Great Jack O'Lantern Blaze and special Legend of Sleepy Hollow-themed experiences ready to launch in the Hudson Valley.

A favorite Orlando REP actor, Stephen Pugh, takes on multiple characters as he vividly takes us back to the quaint village of Sleepy Hollow, where stories of wonder and spookiness surround the legend of a headless horseman and schoolmaster Ichabod Crane. Derek G. Martin and Jesse M. Sullivan adapted this Washington Irving classic for the stage. 

Over the past 17 years, tens of thousands of fans have experienced Cristina Fontanelli’s Christmas in Italy, a musical journey through popular Italian songs, arias, Christmas classics and dance, in New York City. This year, Fontanelli is sharing this joyous concert — far and wide — to fill even more hearts with the spirit and reason of the season.

On Thursday, December 10 from 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM, East Lynne Theater Company presents 'Christmas Tales in the Backyard,' the company's 21st Thursday-outdoor-storytelling-event since mid-June. At the previous 'Tales' on November 5, when guests were asked if they wanted another 'Tales' in December, all hands went up.

Historic Hudson Valley has reimagined Washington Irving's “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow” with two new interpretations debuting this fall, The Misadventures of Ichabod Crane and The Legend of Sleepy Hollow: A Shadow Puppet Film. These two new short films will stream as a double feature for free on Historic Hudson Valley's Facebook page on Oct. 31 starting at 3pm, giving families across the country a chance to experience Halloween in Sleepy Hollow Country.
