Cityneon, recognized internationally for its award-winning IP themed exhibitions and attractions, announces a partnership with global live entertainment company Round Room Live to tour Jurassic World: The Exhibition throughout the U.S.

Entertainment One (eOne) announced today it has acquired the international distribution rights for the highly anticipated 10-part drama series “Between Two Worlds,” from Seven Studios.  The deal was brokered by Noel Hedges, eOne's EVP, Acquisitions, International Distribution.

SHOWTIME has announced a pilot order for the hour-long drama series YELLOWJACKETS, with creators Ashley Lyle and Bart Nickerson (Narcos) executive producing and serving as showrunners. Karyn Kusama (Destroyer) will executive produce and direct the pilot, a co-production of SHOWTIME and Entertainment One (eOne) taking place in Los Angeles this fall. The announcement was made today by Gary Levine and Jana Winograde, Presidents of Entertainment, Showtime Networks Inc.

The Lumineers will unveil a series of new videos marking last week's release of their long awaited new album, III, available now via Dualtone (an Entertainment One Company) in the U.S. and Canada and Decca Records for the rest of the world.

Entertainment One announces the digital release of the motion picture soundtrack for Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark, featuring a score from American composer Marco Beltrami (Mimic, The Faculty, Resident Evil, Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines, Live Free or Die Hard, World War Z, Hellboy, among others) and Anna Drubich (Anna Karenina, Bolshoy).

Hasbro, Inc. (NASDAQ: HAS) and Entertainment One Ltd. (LSE: ETO) (eOne) today announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Hasbro will acquire eOne in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately '3.3 billion or US$4.0 billion. Under the terms of the agreement, eOne shareholders will receive '5.60 in cash for each common share of eOne, which represents a 31% premium to eOne's 30-day volume weighted average price (VWAP) as of August 22, 2019.
