Ava Earl Releases Album 'Too Much'

Rooted in lyrical rock, there are tracks that evoke the pop sounds of Olivia Rodrigo, Taylor Swift, and Gracie Abrams, while others hint at Americana artists Phoebe Bridgers, Elliott Smith, and Laura Marling. Thematically, the album takes us through Earl’s journey of early adulthood, including the concept of being “too much.”

Mitch Rowland Joined By Harry Styles on New Single 'Here Comes the Comeback'

Ahead of the release of his Erskine Records/Giant Music debut album, Come June, acclaimed L.A.-based musician and GRAMMY-winning songwriter Mitch Rowland has released “Here Comes the Comeback” the third single from the project, which features backing vocals from Harry Styles. It follows the album’s title track and recent single “Bluebells.'

Alan Chang Unveils New Album 'Check Please'

There are collaborations from artists like Pino Palladino (The Who, John Mayer, Blake Mills), David Koz, and Inara George, and Russell Elevado (D'Angelo, Common, The Roots) who mixed the album. The first half of the album was produced by Ryan Lerman (Scary Pockets, Lizzy McAlpine), while the second half of the album by Chang and Adam Greenholtz.

Heatmiser Announce 'The Music of Heatmiser' Compilation

Heatmiser — comprised of Elliott Smith, Neil Gust, Tony Lash, and Brandt Peterson — have announced The Music of Heatmiser, a new, 29-song compilation of previously unheard recordings. The band have shared a version of “Lowlife” from their 1992 demo cassette along with a live video filmed during a 1993 performance in Fort Collins, CO.

Santa Chiara is the solo project of Italian musician, Chiara D’Anzieri, who moved to the United States in January 2020. Santa Chiara plays most of the instruments on “Peach Tree” herself, with guests Ron Gallo, Dominic Billett (Courtney Marie Andrews, Julia Jacklin, Faye Webster).
