AMC announced today casting and the start of production for its upcoming, untitled episodic anthology series that wryly examines the nature of romantic love, written by Emmy® Award-winner Will Bridges (Stranger Things, Black Mirror) and Brett Goldstein (Superbob, Adult Life Skills). Currently shooting in Madrid, Spain, the series will star Sarah Snook (Succession, The Dressmaker, Steve Jobs), David Costabile (Breaking Bad, Billions) and Sonya Cassidy (Lodge 49, Humans, The Woman in White), among others.
Jacqueline Novak: Get On Your Knees, written by and starring Jacqueline Novak, has extended its limited run to October 6th, due to overwhelming ticket sales and rave reviews. This will be the final extension and the show must close on that date. The show, 'a standup comedy set that inclines towards theater (New York Times),' plays the Lucille Lortel Theatre (121 Christopher Street, between Hudson and Bleecker Streets), having transferred from the Cherry Lane Theatre, where the whole run sold out. The anthology series ROOM 104 will return for its 12-episode second season, debuting two episodes back-to-back, FRIDAY, NOV. 9 (11:30 pm ET), followed by two more new episodes subsequent Fridays at the same time.
