ACT (A Contemporary Theatre) of Connecticut has announced the theater's anticipated return with next season's line-up of production

It was recently announced that HBO Max's Friends cast reunion special was delayed due to the current health crisis. However, Matt LeBlanc revealed on The Kelly Clarkson Show that the special has already been filmed.

It's official, Friends fans! After 15 years, nine months, and innumerable fan requests from around the globe, we now have the 'brand-new information' you've been waiting for. The Friends cast will be reuniting exclusively for an untitled unscripted special for HBO Max, WarnerMedia's direct-to-consumer offering debuting in May 2020.

Normal Ave is proud to continue its highly successful 2019-20 season with Indoor Person by Kayla Martine, directed by Andrew Garrett. The show runs February 19-March 1 at Normal Ave's Medicine Show Theatre at 549 West 52nd Street in Manhattan. Wednesday, February 19 at 8 PM, Friday, February 21 at 8 PM, Saturday, February 22 at 8 PM, Sunday, February 23 at 3 PM, Friday, February 28 at 8 PM, Saturday, February 29 at 8 PM, and Sunday, March 1 at 3 PM. Tickets start at just $20 for all performances.

An unscripted 'Friends' reunion special featuring the original cast members and series creators is in the works at HBO Max, according to a Hollywood Reporter exclusive. 

Fathom Events continues its celebration of Friends' 25th anniversary by bringing eight Thanksgiving-themed episodes of the legendary series to movie theaters across the U.S. over two days: November 24 at 7 p.m. and November 25 at 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. (all local times). Each day will feature four unique episodes that have been newly remastered in 4K from the original 35mm camera negative.

Theatre Bay Area, one of the largest regional performing arts service organizations in North America, has announced the finalists of the 2019 TBA Awards. The sixth-annual TBA Awards Celebration will take place on Monday, Nov. 4 at the Herbst Theatre (401 Van Ness Avenue, San Francisco).

Television series creator-showrunner Jenji Kohan (Orange is the New Black, Weeds) has been named the recipient of the Writers Guild of America West's 2019 Paddy Chayefsky Laurel Award for Television Writing Achievement, presented to a Guild member who has “advanced the literature of television and made outstanding contributions to the profession of the television writer.” She will be honored at the WGAW's 2019 Writers Guild Awards L.A. show on Sunday, February 17, 2019.
