Gold Coast Arts has partnered with several top film distributors and filmmakers to bring great films to viewers as part of its virtual at-home screening series during the coronavirus crisis.

The lineup has been announced for Jim Caruso's Pajama Cast Party, this Monday, May 4 at 8pm EDT.

Adding to the starry line-up of master teachers on Erik Liberman's Bridge to Broadway online training platform are Tony winning actors Andrea Martin, Ben Vereen, and Christine Ebersole.

In response to the recent closure of theaters due to the COVID-19 pandemic, The Bret Adams and Paul Reisch Foundation has announced its decision to reinvent the means by which it will distribute the funds for their 2020 Idea Award for Theatre.

Award-winning vocalist Celia Berk returns to Birdland Theater on Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at 7pm with a show of all-new material. Berk is again joined by pianist and collaborator Sean Gough, with whom she earned a 2019 BroadwayWorld Best Duo award nomination. Meeting at an intersection between jazz and cabaret, their unique program will again feature hidden gems by great songwriters, including Carly Simon, Johnny Mandel, Jerry Herman, and Billy Goldenberg, who has entrusted Celia and Sean with songs never before heard by New York audiences.

Producer Mark Cortale has announced that international chanteuse and drag superstar Varla Jean Merman will premiere her hilarious new comedy show A Star Is Bored in Los Angeles at Largo on Thursday, March 26 at 8:00 PM. After 25 years of giving over 75% of her best at every performance, Varla is well, tired.
