Transport Group has announced that the 2023 A Toast to the Artist gala will honor company stalwarts Barbara Andres, Donna Lynne Champlin, Michele Pawk, and Mary Testa with its Transporting American Theatre Award on Monday, April 24, at The Edison Rooftop, 240 West 47 Street.

Falsettos, a primarily sung-through musical was written by William Finn and James Lapine and features two one-act installments March of the Falsettos and Falsettoland. The aforementioned are the last two additions to a trio of one-act musicals by Finn and Lapine, the other being called In Trousers.

Michael Kooman and Christopher Dimond (Romantics Anonymous, Disney’s Vampirina) share the world premiere recording of their NSFW song “F***ing Good”, from the new musical F***ING OTHER PEOPLE. The song is performed by Natalie Weiss (Everyday Rapture, Wicked, American Idol) with orchestrations by August Eriksmoen (Come From Away).

The Original Broadway Cast Recording of SOME LIKE IT HOT will be recorded this month and released March 24 on streaming and digital platforms worldwide, with physical release to follow.

Emmy-nominated writing team Michael Kooman and Christopher Dimond announced that the world premiere recording of their NSFW song 'F***ing Good', from the edgy new musical F***ING OTHER PEOPLE, will be available Friday, January 20th.

Television and film star Maude Apatow will join the cast of Little Shop of Horrors as Audrey from February 7 – April 2, 2023. Apatow will make her New York stage debut alongside Tony Award Winner Matt Doyle (Company) as Seymour. Tony Award nominee Bryce Pinkham (A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder, Ohio State Murders) returns to the company as Dr. Orin Scrivello, D.D.S. beginning January 24, and D'Kaylah Unique Whitley (Dear Evan Hansen, Aida) joins the cast as Ronnette beginning January 17.

The cast of Some Like it Hot will perform on Late Night with Seth Meyer. Recently, Christian Borle and J. Harrison Ghee perform 'You Can't Have Me' from the hit musical on Good Morning America. THE GREEN ROOM 42 will present the nightclub debut of Blair St. Clair, the drag star, recording artists and vocalist, best known for their appearances on “RuPaul’s Drag Race” Season 10 and All Stars 5, on Thursday, February 2 at 7:00 PM and Friday, February 3 at 9:30 PM.
