NBC has issued pickups for three returning comedy series in 2011-12 that include 'The Office,' 'Parks and Recreation' and 'Community,' it was announced today by Bob Greenblatt, Chairman, NBC Entertainment.

The Paley Center for Media Announces Lineup of Panelists for PaleyFest2011

As announced on the Friday, February 4 edition of 'The Oprah Winfrey Show,' this spring, Christie Brinkley, one of the world's most successful supermodels, is set to make her highly anticipated Broadway stage debut as merry murderess Roxie Hart in the Tony Award-winning hit musical CHICAGO for an eleven-week limited engagement, Monday, April 4 through Sunday, June 19, 2011 at the Ambassador Theatre (219 W. 49th St.). The show's official Twitter just sent out a photo of her at today's photo shoot!

Budd Friedman and Mark Lonow's world-famous Improv Comedy Club at Harrah's Las Vegas showcases a different marquee of acts each week. Guy Torry takes the stage tomorrow through Sunday, with supporting acts Larry Brown and Lachlan Patterson. Improv shows are at 8:30pm and 10:30pm every Tuesday through Sunday. Tickets are $29.05 (plus applicable taxes) or $44.95 (plus applicable taxes) for VIP tickets that include special seating, an Improv t-shirt and post-show meet-and-greet with the comics. The S.I.E. Lupus Foundation has announced the addition of Jane Krakowski, Tony award-winner and two-time Emmy nominee (of '30 Rock'), to perform at the 40th Anniversary Life Without Lupus Gala. Beginning at 6 p.m., the Gala will take place at Lincoln Center's Avery Fisher Hall on Monday, November 22, and will feature a cocktail reception, seated dinner and a live and silent auction. The evening will honor the founders -- the Golick family -- and Human Genome Sciences/ GlaxoSmithKline. The foundation has been serving the Lupus community since 1970, providing support for families coping with and suffering from this autoimmune disease; particularly those in and around the disadvantaged neighborhoods of New York City and Los Angeles. All proceeds from the Gala event will help in the Foundation's mission to promote and increase awareness, research and ongoing care.
