National Alliance for Musical Theatre has revealed the roster of new musicals for their 36th Annual FESTIVAL OF NEW MUSICALS, which is slated to take place on Thursday, October 24 and Friday, October 25, 2024, at New World Stages (340 West 50th Street, between 8th and 9th Avenues).

KCPT's Teen Initiative presents Pride & Prejudice & Perms, a play written by Kathleen McDowell and directed by Anna Munn, running from July 5-14.

This romantic comedy will have you laughing throughout the whole performance.

The original “Pride and Prejudice” was written in 1813 and has sold over 20 million copies and inspired many adaptations in written form, television, or film. Kate Hamill offers a unique twist on the antics of the 5 daughters in the Bennent family. You will be laughing out loud at the physical comedy and fast pace of the show.

A full live recording of the music from the critically-acclaimed new musical Austen's Pride will be released, due to popular demand, in June 2024.
