The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts has announced its 2021 – 2022 Performances for Young Audiences season with eight world premiere Kennedy Center commissions and co-commissions.

Greater Boston Stage Company has announced that they are opening their doors for in-person performances this August! Join The Young Company as they take the stage for Summer Festival 2021 beginning August 5, 2021 and continuing through August 15, 2021.

Through his unique artwork, using burnt wood Kapuria has made a beautiful attempt at depicting the idea of how symbiotic a relationship between the professor and student is. As two entities, they both have a lot to give to each other, to learn from and to be of use to humanity so long as they coexist, they must be of significance to each other and the world around them must benefit from them.

The JOCUNDA MUSIC, FILM & THEATRE FESTIVAL will resent A Virtual Play Reading of SOUL TO SQUEEZE written and directed by Meagan Meehan, NOTHING IN COMMON written by Natasha Cobb and directed by Van Dirk Fisher and GLOBAL INFERNO written by Chris Bergmann and directed by Rhonda Goldstein on Zoom on.

Chance Theater, Anaheim's official resident theater company, presents “A Wrinkle in Time,” kicking off the company's TYA (Theater for Young Audiences) Family Series for its 2020 season. Playwright John Glore has created a wild, highly theatrical adaptation of Madeleine L'Engle's acclaimed 1962 story about three teens who traverse the boundaries of time and space in search of a beloved parent, bringing it magically to life on the Chance's Fyda-Mar Stage.

It makes for a most dynamic piece of theater. The ensemble cast, shrouded in black, are used to push props and people about the stage. Whether our heroes are catapulting through space and time or confronting an immense, pulsating brain, the use of physical movement and intense lighting effects help propel the story.

Joining forces with Charles, Calvin, Mrs. Whatsit, and many more, they travel through space and time to battle the forces of evil so Meg can rescue her father, save humanity and find herself. Chance Theater announces its 22nd Anniversary Season, which will be the sixth to employ both stages in its home at the Bette Aitken theater arts Center. Next year will feature eight fully-staged productions.

Royal Family Productions will present a special invite-only reading of the musical Rock and Roll Refugee. Written by Chris Henry and Genya Ravan, directed by JoAnn Hunter with musical direction by Daniel A. Mainstage Irving Las Colinas, Irving's premiere community theatre, kicks off 2019 with the dark comedy Ravenscroft, a psychological thriller that is equal parts funny and frightening. Ravenscroft runs January 18 through February 2, 2019, at the Irving Arts Center (3333 N MacArthur Blvd, Irving, Texas). Tickets range from $21-$28 and are on sale at www.irvingtheatre.org. The Growing Stage, The Children's Theatre of New Jersey, located in the Historic Palace Theatre on Route 183 in Netcong, New Jersey presents the Studio Series Presentation of A WRINKLE IN TIME from January 17th through 20th with performances at 7:30 PM on Thursday and Friday, and matinees at 4:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday.   Based on A WRINKLE IN TIME by Madeleine L'Engle, this adaptation is by Tracy Young. The production is directed and choreographed by Jillian Petrie, TGS Teaching Artist and Company Choreographer.

Penobscot Theatre Company's Dramatic Academy will stage Madeleine L'Engle's classic adventure through the universe, A Wrinkle in Time, November 2-3 at 5:00PM and November 4 at 11:00AM. All three performances will be at the historic Bangor Opera House, 131 Main Street, Bangor.
