Vivid Stage will highlight Harry Patrick Christian, Director, and Vanessa Parvin, Musical Director, for its Vivid Dreamers summer theatre program. This theatre camp is open to students entering grades 5 through 12 from July 8 through July 26, 2024.

30 years ago, on April 18, 1994, Disney's Beauty and the Beast opened on Broadway at the Palace Theatre. The musical would go on to run for 46 previews and 5462 regular performances, making it the 10th longest-runing Broadway show of all time. 

While the series' recurring cast includes Tom Selleck, Bridget Moynahan, Donnie Wahlberg, and more, guest stars have included Audra McDonald, Kelli O'Hara, Joanna Gleason, Adrienne Warren, Jinkx Monsoon, Norm Lewis, Norbert Leo Butz, and more. Nothing lights up the Broadway musical quite like great love stories! White Plains Performing Arts Center has announced FROM BROADWAY WITH LOVE,  a celebration of some of Broadway’s greatest love songs performed by six of the finest vocalists (three real-life couples) from “The Great Bright Way”.

Matthew Morrison will star as the title role in 'Dr. Seuss' The Grinch Musical!' set to air Dec. 9 at 8 p.m. ET/PT from the Troubadour Theatre in London. While we await the 2020 television version of the musical, let's look back on some of the iconic Grinch performances of the past!

Casa Mañana introduces new Online Academy to its education program, connecting industry professionals directly with aspiring theatre students. Students can take classes from Broadway veterans in subjects like vocal techniques, building your audition book, choreography, acting for film or how to best use social media. Private voice lessons are also available. Classes available for ages 3 a?" 19.

The tale as old as time will be told again soon! A source has confirmed that Disney Theatrical Productions will revive Beauty and the Beast internationally in several years. The production will  be headed by the original creative team, but will feature new designs and dance arrangements.
