Smash hit musical Hairspray has returned to Manchester's Opera House for an extended two week run and, yesterday, some of the cast enjoyed a '60s themed afternoon at All Star Lanes.

Setting a musical in 1960s Baltimore against a backdrop of increasing racial tension between white and black American's doesn't exactly scream feelgood musical. Yet Hairspray manages to achieve a rare thing- a musical with all the schmaltz you could want but with just enough of a message stop you forgetting it.

Rehearsal images for smash-hit musical Hairspray have been released today ahead of the UK tour which kicks off in Cardiff at Wales Millennium Centre on 16th August 2017. This major UK tour will visit more than 30 venues across the length and breadth of the UK and Ireland until early summer 2018.

Garrick Theatre to Host LOVE4ORLANDO Benefit Concert

On Sunday 17th July, the Garrick Theatre in London's West End will play host to the 'Love4Orlando' Benefit Concert in aid of 'Equality Florida'. It will be London's biggest West End fundraiser for the Orlando shootings. 'Equality Florida' are responsible for the distribution of funds to the Orlando Shooting's victims and their families.
