Liverpool's Epstein Theatre is gearing up for an exciting Summer season with plenty going on for all the family. The venue reopened in October 2021 under new management, and has since continued to make its mark upon returning to the Liverpool theatre scene. 

Liverpool singing sensation Beryl Marsden is set to celebrate an amazing 60 years in showbusiness with a very special one-off concert at the Epstein Theatre this summer.

Segerstrom Center for the Arts celebrates National Veterans and Military Families Month this November with a series of free concerts outside on the Julianne and George Argyros Plaza designed with service members in mind. Each Sunday, gather family and friends then head to the Plaza for an afternoon of live music curated and emceed by Air Force veteran and radio personality, Bubba Jackson.

DOLLY PARTON'S SMOKY MOUNTAIN CHRISTMAS CAROL is based on the novel 'A Christmas Carol' by Charles Dickens, adapted for the stage by David H. Bell, Paul T. Couch and Curt Wollan. It features a book by David H. Bell and music and lyrics by Dolly Parton. The production is directed by Curt Wollan with choreography by John Deitrich.

DOLLY PARTON'S SMOKY MOUNTAIN CHRISTMAS CAROL delivers on the simplicity of its message of faith, family, and love, especially during the holiday season, and is a reflection of the heritage and values of its namesake. On opening night, the acclaimed country singer-songwriter surprised and delighted the audience by making an appearance onstage before the show, but the main event couldn't compete with Dolly's star wattage.

The world premiere, fully-staged production features Peter Colburn in the role of Ebenezer Scrooge, along with a company that includes Jonathan Acorn, Josh Bryan, Billy Butler, Brian Hull, Julia Getz, Ray O'Hare, Brittney Santoro, Ian Shain, Tader Shipley, Sachie Capitani and Malachi Smith. The orchestra is comprised of musical director, orchestrator and arranger Tim Hayden with Mark Barnett, Luke Easterling, Lindsey Miller, Caitlin Nicol Thomas and Ted Thomas.

Couch announced casting today for the premier of Dolly Parton's Smoky Mountain Christmas Carol (www.smokymountainchristmascarol.com), an all-new musical featuring new music by Dolly Parton and book by David H. Bell, produced by Red Tail Entertainment and Couch and directed by Curt Wollan. The strictly limited engagement will be held at Boston's Emerson Colonial Theatre from December 3 a?" 29, 2019.

DEADLY TEN is an immersive cinematic initiative that will see Full Moon Features boldly producing a series of ten original genre films, live-streamed in front of fans. These ten films will include sequels of beloved Full Moon franchises, a spin on classic cult favorites, and daring soon-to-be essential genre films.  Principal photography will begin shooting in June 2019 and continue throughout the year in Europe and North America.  Release for the DEADLY TEN is slated for Spring 2020, and will premiere exclusively on Full Moon's Amazon Prime Channel.

The Band & Stars behind of the cult hit GAY BRIDE OF FRANKENSTEIN will reunite at 7 p.m. on Monday, October 22nd for one night only at Stage 2 of Rockwood Music Hall! The concert will star Emma Hunton (Spring Awakening), Ashley Kate Adams (La Cage Aux Folles), Ari McKay Wilford (Once), Maggie Politi ("Brain Teasers") & Billy Butler (The Brechtones) who will be stepping back into their roles respectively. They will be joined by Dan Domenech (Smokey Joe's Cafe) and by fellow GBoF alums Marissa Rosen (The Other Josh Cohen), Brittany Mack (Beehive), Darryl Winslow (Avenue Q), Joshua Paul Moore & Hayley Nystrom.

Bruce Pingree, beloved Portsmouth bartender, famed Halloween parade marshal, and longtime UNH blues radio host, will be appearing on stage as, well, pretty much himself in Billy Butler's new musical, "The Brechtones," coming to The Players' Ring in Portsmouth, opening Friday, Oct. 12 and running through Sunday, Oct 28.
