The New Hampshire Theatre Awards have announced the finalists for both the professional and community productions for 2013. Each year these awards recognize the talent and dedication necessary to produce outstanding theatrical productions across the state.
Following the success of their 2012 inaugural season, the iStar Theatre Lab is pleased to announce that they are now accepting submissions for the 2013 iStar Theatre Lab, which will take place in New York City in the fall of 2013. Under the supervision of Tony Spinosa, Producing Artistic Director, and Managing Director Laura Bultman, the three-week Lab (October 7th - 27th) is the centerpiece of the Theatre Lab's year-round work which is to provide a safe environment for the development of contemporary plays and musicals by engaging writers to incubate new works and ideas that engage and challenge diverse audiences.
On Sunday, May 19, stage and screen legend George Hamilton (Chicago, La Cage aux Folles) will headline the first-annual spring benefit gala event for iStar Theatre Lab.

The readings are produced in association with aka Studio Productions, Louis Hobson and Seattle's Balagan Theatre. The production is directed by award winning director Rachel Klein. Aaron Grant serves as Executive Producer with Kelvin Productions as General Manager.
