SHOWTIME has announced that it will premiere season six of its hit drama series RAY DONOVAN on Sunday, October 28 at 9 p.m. ET/PT. The network also announced the premiere date for the new limited series ESCAPE AT DANNEMORA on Sunday, November 18 at 10 p.m. ET/PT. RAY DONOVAN stars multiple Emmy® and Golden Globe® nominee Liev Schreiber and Jon Voight in his Golden Globe winning role. Directed and executive produced by Emmy winner Ben Stiller, ESCAPE AT DANNEMORA is an eight-hour limited series starring Academy Award® winners Benicio del Toro and Patricia Arquette and Golden Globe nominee Paul Dano. The announcement was made today at the Television Critics Association's summer press tour by David Nevins, President and CEO of Showtime Networks Inc.

CBS Studios International will host the world premiere screening of the new SHOWTIME limited series, ESCAPE AT DANNEMORA, at MIPCOM 2018. The premiere will take place in the Palais des Festivals on Monday, October 15, with Ben Stiller, executive producer and director of the series, in Cannes for the event.

The Stella Adler Studio of Acting and the Harold Clurman Playwrights Division will present the fifth annual First Breath New Play Reading Series June 11-14, 2018, featuring new work from four emerging female playwrights. One year ago, the Studio launched a search for new plays by women playwrights, and out of 100 submitted, four will be read. Austin Film Festival (AFF) is thrilled to announce a partnership with acclaimed producer Barry Josephson to present the inaugural Josephson Entertainment Screenwriting Fellowship as an extension of its 2018 Script Competitions. This new opportunity will provide a one-on-one mentorship in Los Angeles for two fellows – one writer or writing team with a feature script and one writer or writing team with a teleplay pilot – selected from the Final Round of this year's competition. Fellows will be chosen based on the writers and scripts that imbue the most promise for development.

Written, produced and performed by Fanshen, One Drop of Love explores the intersections of race, class and gender in search of truth, justice and love, using the ever-changing racial categories on the U.S. Census as the historical backdrop. Fanshen parallels this history with her own, and her family's, search for roots, identity and justice, and asks the audience to examine their own identities. The ultimate goal of the performance is to encourage the discussion of race and racism openly and critically, and to encourage a commitment to making the world more liberated for all.
