Singer-songwriters Anya Turner and Robert Grusecki​​​​​​​ are bringing a new show, Joy & Love, to Sid Gold's Request Room in Chelsea for three performances: Tuesdays September 16th, October 14th, and November 11th.

Earlier this week., The Entertainment Community Fund (formerly The Actors Fund), along with Tony Award®-winning producers Christopher Ketner and Hunter Regian, presented A Chorus Line Official 50th Anniversary Celebration at Broadway’s Shubert Theatre, home of Hell’s Kitchen. A Chorus Line opened on Broadway at the Shubert Theatre on July 25,1975. It ran for 15 years and was the longest-running Broadway show when it closed on April 28, 1990, playing 6,137 performances—and has continued to span the globe for decades. The man behind the music was the great Marvin Hamlisch, who passed away in 2012. We celebrate his iconic catalog with just a few of our favorite Marvin Hamlisch songs.

A 5, 6, 7, 8! A Chorus Line is currently celebrating its 50th Anniversary! To celebrate the milestone past cast members of the show gathered at Lincoln Center to perform 'What I Did for Love' and 'One' from the beloved musical! Watch in this video.

The legend and Special TONY Winner Raises The Curtain on all things ACL, as Michael Bennett’s masterpiece celebrates its 50th Anniversary in New York City, which will reverberate and be recognized across the world, where hundreds, if not thousands, of productions have been performed in 22 countries, in multiple languages, and as far-reaching as Canada, Australia, Italy, New Zealand, South Africa, Spain, France, Sweden, Japan, Argentia, Brazil, Mexico, Singapore, Belgium, Denmark, Switzerland and Hong Kong, among them, since 1975.

Additional cast members have been revealed for the 50th anniversary celebration of A Chorus Line, including Ariana DeBose, Lauren Graham and more. Learn who else is taking part!

Somers Point's Gateway Playhouse has announced that original Broadway cast member of the international hit, Jonathan Larson's “RENT,” and Obie Award-winner, Anthony Rapp, will teach a master class to the all-teenage cast of “RENT: School Edition” 9 a.m. to noon Wednesday, July 2, as part of the Gateway to the Arts program.

Just last month, the National Asian Artists Project (NAAP) held its 2025 Gala Benefit celebrating the 50th Anniversary of A Chorus Line and honoring the role of “Connie Wong,” directed by the original “Connie Wong” Baayork Lee.
